Something Dolce is a made to order, boutique bakery located in Stockton, California. This bakery specializes in a variety of cookies, bars and cake pops. Every month, a new ‘treat of the month’ will be introduced and will only be available during that specific month. At the moment, Something Dolce is only available for local pick-up and delivery in the San Joaquin County. Meet Natalia

Something Dolce is owned and operated by Natalia Toccoli. Natalia was born and raised in Stockton, CA and began baking with her mom as a young child. Throughout her teens and young adult life, Natalia became passionate about baking which ignited the dream of her opening a bakery. After college, Natalia received her MBA from the University of the Pacific and at that point she knew she one day wanted to own a company of her own.

In October of 2020, Natalia decided to finally chase her dreams and open Something Dolce, a made to order at home bakery. Natalia loves bringing joy to others and hopes to bring a little sweetness into your life through Something Dolce!
